Do I need to create an account to order online?

You may order online as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so that all your details will be saved for your next purchase and be the first to get updates on our latest promos.

 

How do I know if my online order is confirmed and on process?

You will receive an order confirmation through the email you keyed in at the checkout page as soon as you complete your online purchase.  You will also receive an update on any changes or status of your order through email.

 

What are the payment options available online?

Pay conveniently online with our payment options. 

We accept major credit and debit cards as payment for your online purchase. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX. For debit cards, Visa and Mastercard only.

We also accept Gcash and GrabPay.

 

Can I pay my online order through Credit Card Installment?

Yes.  Regular and 0% Installment up to 12% are also available as payment options for your online purchase.  You may check the available bank partners for the 0% Installment at the checkout page.

 

Can I use my MOM Card on my online purchase to earn points?

Earn points while you shop online with your Mom Card. For every P200 purchase, you earn 1 point. 

Don't forget to enter your MOM Card number on the checkout page. Make sure your card is not expired and that you own the card. There will be a validation of card details to ensure it matches the owner of the card. Please note that we won't be able to credit points right away after the transaction has been completed.  Validating and crediting of points takes about 30 working days.

 

Do you accept COD payment?

We are as excited as you are in adding Cash on Delivery to your payment options.  We will give you an update as we launch this soon in our online store.

  

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, shipping is available nationwide. Now delivery takes shorter.  Your online order will only take 3 business days for Metro Manila and within 7 business days outside Metro Manila.

 

What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective/damaged or wrong/missing items, you may only request for a return or refund within 7 days upon receipt of delivery. All claim requests are still subject for approval.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP FAQ

How much does curbside pick up cost?

It is FREE! curbside pickup option available to online customers.

 

How do I place an order via curbside pickup? 

To order using this option, just select this as your preferred shipping option during the checkout process

 

What are the operating hours of curbside pickup?

Curbside pick up is open everyday except Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Slots are for confirmation.

 

Will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?

Customers will be notified by SMS or email that the order is ready for collection. If you have arrived before notification, we may not have your item available yet.

 

How long before I can pick up my orders? 

All orders can be picked up upon confirmation of our customer service team. Lead time for processing 3-5 working days for Metro Manila.

 

What do I need to present when claiming my order?

Please bring and present a valid photo-bearing ID, and the email confirmation receipt showing the order number or the order confirmation receipt (also sent by email).

 

Can I ask someone else to pick up my order?

You may also send a person to collect on your behalf just as long as you inform our Customer Service team of the authorized person.

Can I book a courier to pick up my order?

Yes, you may book a courier of your choice. Please coordinate closely with our customer service to let us know of the booking details.

 

How long do I have to collect my order?

Please collect your purchase within 14-days once you receive your Notification e-mail that your purchase is ready for pick up.

 

What if I want to extend the collection time? 

Please contact our Customer Service Team within the pick up period for an extension.

 

What if I want to change my order on site?
